Who We Are:

PrayerGuide.org is a cooperative effort undertaken by an inter-denominational group of evangelical Christians.

Our Purpose:

Our purpose is to see the indigenous people groups of North America receive God’s greatest blessings.

Strategic Prayer Initiatives:

Strategic prayer initiatives are a key component in achieving our purpose. There are presently three active prayer initiatives: one for the Pueblo peoples indigenous to New Mexico in the United States, one for the Tepehuan people indigenous to Mexico, and one for the Western Apache people indigenous to Arizona in the United States.

A Common Cultural Element:

There is a common cultural element shared by the people groups for which we have undertaken prayer initiatives: they have traditional belief systems that anthropologists categorize as animistic. Each group has their own particular beliefs, rituals, and practices; but in their essence they are all animistic. You can find more information on animism on Wikipedia.

Join Us in Strategic Prayer:

For each people group, each Sunday morning we email prayer guides to those who have subscribed to them. You may subscribe to one or more people groups. We only ask that you pray for the people group or groups you subscribe to at least once during the week. We never sell subscriber information, use it for solicitation, or use it for any purpose other than sending the requested prayer guides; except for possibly sending out general information concerning our website or other information about the prayer guides.
